Obituary for Stephen Alonzo Brown

Stephen Alonzo Brown, 71, of Nicholasville, formerly of Crab Orchard, Kentucky passed away Friday, November 2nd, 2018 at his residence. Stephen was born in on April 10, 1947, a son of the late Geneva Benge Brown and Alonzo Brown. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a Sgt. He received a Bachelors Degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 1972. He was a retired Project Engineer for the Sylvania Corporation.

Survivors Include:
Daughter, Laura and Husband, Paul Garrison

Three Grandchildren, Dominic, Mason and Kaitlin

Three Sisters, Jana, Sharon and Shirley

Several nieces, nephews cousins, aunts and uncles and many friends also survive.


In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Loren Brown

The family will begin to receive friends at 12:30 PM on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Cedar Creek Sportsman's Club. A Celebration of Life Service will start at 1:30 PM on Saturday with Military Honors to follow by the Caswell Saufley American Legion Post # 18 of Stanford.
