Obituary for Tom Adams

Thomas Herman Adams, 76, of Brodhead, KY passed away Tuesday, October 3rd, at his residence. He was the husband of Emily (Day) Adams whom he married on March 14, 1964. Tom was born in Crab Orchard, KY on January 7, 1941, a son of the late Roscoe and Dollie (McClure) Adams. He was a retired truck driver for the Lincoln County Road Department. He loved fishing and riding his Four Wheeler.

Wife of 53 Years, Emily Adams of Brodhead
Daughter, Connie Lynn & Husband Robert Johnson of Lexington
Son, Tommy Adams & Wife Tonya of Crab Orchard
Daughter, Missy & Husband Randy Moore of Somerset
Brother, Everett Adams & Wife Evelyn of Crab Orchard
Brother, Homer Adams & Wife Veretta of West Chester, Ohio

8 Grandchildren: Josh & Wife Ashley, Jon & Wife Sarah, Todd, Landon, Caleb, Kayla & Husband J.C., Sarah & Husband Coy & Samantha & Husband Daniel

6 Great Grandchildren: Colt, Cace, Abby, Kendall, Jasper & Ella

In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by Brothers: Carlos, Charles & Ed Adams and 3 Infant Brothers

Pallbearers Include: Steve Spears, Josh Hayes, Jon Moore, J.C. McClure, Coy Robinson & Daniel Gray

Honorary Pallbearers: Pearl Day & Robert Day

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 7th
Place of Service: McKnight Funeral Home Chapel

Officiating: Bro. Marshall Malone & Bro. Donald Lear

Place of Burial: Mt. Zion Church of Christ Cemetery

Visitation will be after 5PM, Friday, October 6, 2017 McKnight Funeral Home
